Xu Qingzeng is the secretary of the party branch in Xumiao Village’s Jiyang Street Office in Jiyang County, Shandong Province, and the founder of Longyang Black Pottery Co. Ltd. in Jiyang County. He graduated from the Eighth Middle School of Jiyang County, Shandong province in July, 1987. In July, 2005, he graduated from the Secondary Technical School for Adults in Jiyang County, Shandong province.
Liu Xi, born on April 18, 1938, was the former Director of the Institute of Fangzi New Technologies before he retired in 1995. In the Fall of 2010, he enrolled in Computer Network Technology through the open education programme at the junior college programme of Weifang Radio and TV University (WFRTVU). He graduated in March 2013.
Cai Qingliang, Manager of Shenyang Today Photos Advertising Company, enrolled as a junior college student in Business Administration at the Institute of Finance on the main campus of Shenyang Radio and TV University (SYRTVU), a branch of China Central Radio and TV University (CCRTVU) in the spring of 2011.
Jia Jianbin is a Communist Party Member, Dean of the Experimental Primary School in Taiyuan, Shanxi province, and a Class A Teacher at the Primary and Secondary School Level (Senior Teacher at Primary School Level).
